- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified for certain items).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital products (downloads, software, AI-generated content).
- Personalized/custom-made items.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
2. REFUND PROCESS

- If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Amounts:
- Full refunds for defective/wrong items.

3. EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- If a supplier denies a return, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
- Shipping costs for international returns (e.g., to China) may be non-refundable.
6. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

7. NON-DELIVERIES (LOST IN TRANSIT)
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, file a claim with the shipping carrier first.
- We assist with investigations but do not refund lost packages until resolved by the carrier.
